RV Site Snag terms of use
Effective October 31, 2026
These terms apply to the RV Site Snag app for iPhone and Android, published by Wanderhaus Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using RV Site Snag you agree to them. They add to the terms of the store you got the app from: on iPhone, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service.
What RV Site Snag is, and isn’t
RV Site Snag works out when a campground booking window is likely to open, from the membership level, park and dates you enter and the booking-window rules published by campground operators, and reminds you before it opens. It is a planning aid. It doesn’t make, hold or guarantee reservations, and it doesn’t connect to any reservation system.
Booking dates are estimates
- Booking-window rules can change at any time, can differ by park, membership, season or promotion, and can be applied differently by the operator. The dates the app shows are estimates.
- Always confirm booking dates with the park or the operator’s official reservation system before you count on them.
- Getting a reminder doesn’t mean a site will be available when booking opens.
Reminders depend on your phone
Reminders can be delayed, silenced or blocked by notification settings, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, battery savers, a dead battery, the time or time zone set on your phone, or the phone’s operating system. On Android, reminders can arrive a few minutes late unless you allow Alarms & reminders.
Not affiliated with any campground operator
RV Site Snag is an independent app. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Thousand Trails or any campground operator. Names of campgrounds, memberships and operators are used only to describe what the app works with and belong to their owners.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, RV Site Snag is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that booking dates or reminders will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted or error free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wanderhaus Media LLC isn’t liable for any loss, including a missed booking, a lost campsite, travel costs, fees or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of RV Site Snag or from a missing, late or inaccurate date or reminder. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using RV Site Snag after a change, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
